      <p>Hi <inline-mention username="CommunityMemberf6f6a6" user-id="8514995"/>. I responded to you in another thread, but I will repeat my answer here in case you don&#39;t see it. Though there are many over-the-counter treatments, such as ibuprofen and naproxen, it&#39;s probably best to see a rheumatologist abut your treatment options. Since HepC impacts the liver, you will want to make sure you don&#39;t take medications that put you at a higher risk. A rheumatologist might also prescribe a medication that is used for rheumatoid arthritis if your joint pain is permanent and progressive. The RA medications can be super expensive, but most manufacturers have financial assistance programs with very generous guidelines that will cover all or most of the cost.
