What self-care practices help in managing hepatitis C?

  1. For my self care it is based on my rest and sleep. I allow myself more down time from doing things. More water to flush my system and my diet of low red meats, plant based protein along with fruits and veggies.
    I also treat myself at night to a relaxing bath with music and low light. It helps my take my mind off the day.
