Does anyone have input on viral load?

I was diagnosed about 2 years ago. Was a total shock. I have been denied treatment 3 times thru my insurance. I recently had another viral load done and it was 1620000. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what this means. I have a terrible GI doc that doesn't explain anything, I've tried Google but can't find what I'm looking for. Any input would be appreciated.
