Some days are harder than others. How do you manage the tougher days?

It’s normal to feel overwhelmed or anxious during stressful and uncertain times. It can be hard to manage those feelings. How do you cope with these feelings and what do you do to stay grounded? When living with hep C has you down, what helps you feel better or cope with the condition?

  1. During stress-filled anxiety days, I cope by listening to music, take a walk or go hiking, write my thoughts in a journal, dance, take a nap, talk to friends, basically anything that will take my mind off of the present situation which is being sick still. (Leslie, Community Moderator)
