How is hepatitis c transmitted? I've been told that is transmitted by saliva (kissing) but all the articles I have seen say blood to blood

. Hepatisis C is a blood-borne virus, which means it can only be transmitted when someone's infected blood comes into contact with the blood of someone who is not infected.
