Some days are harder than others. How do you manage the tougher days?

I've lived with Hep C for 2 decades and now so many cures are available but in rural tx it's hard finding help.
My toughest days I slow way down and for me it works

I've been virus negative for the past 10 years. However, still suffering the effects of interferon and ribavirin. On bad days I don't get out of bed and on so so days can't do much of anything. Is there anyone else still suffering side effects of treatment?
