How do you manage muscle and joint pain?

What ways have you learned to manage muscle and/or joint pain? Share with our community!

  1. I have learned that in cold weather to bring extra blankets in the car or around the house to cover my legs. For me cold weather is my root cause. If I can keep my extremities warmer that helps in reducing some of the pain.

    If it is very bad, I do admit to taking several warm/hot baths to sooth the pain. If it continues, I throw a blanket in the dryer on high for several minutes and then wrap my body in the warmness. Instant cure.

    1. Stretching is the only thing that has significantly helped me in the long term, along with taking magnesium, calcium and vitamin D!
