How do you manage fatigue?

Hi ,I'm in Australia , finished Epclusa treatment 3 yrs ago,I was cured of hcv ,I'm 67 yrs old I was Geno 3, unfortunately I still don't sleep properly ,I really thought I would feel a lot better Poste treatment ,just hope my immune system did not get damaged by anti vitals while doing treatment,good luck everyone doing treatment ,wish I could be a more positive ,
