You’ll find a lot of encouragement from team experts, and also hepatitis C patients and survivors just like me. Many have no health issues after being cured. Others who have liver disease stick together before, during, and after treatment. With today’s new treatments, you can be cured quickly and with very few side effects.

2. Connect with a medical provider

Your doctor, primary care physician, or physicians assistant are your allies. Together, your medical team will get you through this.

3. Put yourself first

Let go of anything that has held you back in the past. Many of us with hep C have used the diagnosis as a time to make positive changes in our diet and lifestyle. You can take better care of yourself than ever before.

There is so much to learn about hep C. You’ve come to the right place to learn and join a community. Hepatitis C almost destroyed my liver before they found a cure. Now, I consider every day as a gift and am living life to my fullest.

So, now what? Now, you can have a great future after getting cured.
