Arthritis and Joint Pain with Hep C

When your liver is inflamed or injured due to hepatitis C, it can create arthritis and joint pain. Talk to your doctor about the cause of joint pain, and to see if treatment is possible. If you need medication for pain or swelling, your healthcare provider can help determine if you have arthritis, or if the pain is from the hep C virus.
