"Hi to everyone. I am new on here. I've had Hep c for about since 1986. I've been fortunate,I've managed to stay well with no help on my part. I just had all the blood work and viral load count done. My liver was checked and I have no scaring . The truth is I expected to die from Hep c. I have genotype 1a. I have started treatment and the only side effects I've suffered is fatigue and nauciousness. I've lost seven pounds due to the nauciousness and not the medication. I am on my 3rd week. The only thing I'm noticing is pain where my liver is. Has anyone experienced this ? All in all I'm fine. "
