"Hi Karen, thank you n yes I can't wait to heal from this. I hear the the person who's the food expert, I plan on checking out your blog. I'm trying to eat healthy but it's so hard. As far as alcohol goes, I know it's not good but if I have a meaning( one) drink maybe once a week I hope its not harming my chances of getting better. It's hard to change your whole life style. I've been eating healthier and drinking lots of water."
