Does anybody know if influenza vaccine raises viral load?

Suppose to start epclusa next week im 65yrs old diagnosed with emphasemia im gen 3 F-1 still fibroscan 7.2 atm im not showing any bad effects from hcv iv probley had it since 70s,emphasemia is not fun at all ,my liver dr assures me the side effects from epclusa are very mild ,yet i keep reading about and also know people who could not handle the side effects of this very powerful drug ,i also have very hi VL and the thought of starting to take a new treatment that could leave me sicker then i already am leaves me totally confused ,any one who has any experiance with this treatment your thoughts greatly appreciated.thanks
