How I got Hepatitis C

I get hepatitis c when I was a baby, blood transfer. Found out when I was a sophomore in high school, wanted to give blood. Got a letter in the mail from Red Cross saying that I have Hepatitis C! I was worried and scared. In 2009 I did the first treatment the interferon, that was not a fun experience. I couldn’t work I felt like crap, depressed, and I was not nice to my wife. Which we have been married for 13 years, and I love her to death:) So come to find out the treatment did not work it made it worse, so I stopped it. Was not happy, it is now 2018 I have a doctor and he is sending me to a specialist to start one of the new treatments soon. I'm very scared and I don’t know what to expect!
